SAAB GRIPEN AGILE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Swedish SAAB wanted to create a light weight super agile, LOW COST multirole fighter so their engineers came up with an agile development program, which is used in designing complex military systems and software programs. This will provide Gripen with low cost multirole capabilities equivalent to 5th generation fighter jets. Gripen E is also developed by using MODERN AGILE AND SCRUM PROCESSES. It has good electronic warfare capabilities with superior sensors and advanced avionics. It does not need any runway and can takeoff and land on roads without any problems. According to SAAB, Gripen E is a low cost version of 5th Generation fighters and they are planning to create an unmanned version of Gripen E which will have enhanced capabilities and performance.
