26/11 AND RAW's BIGGEST COVERT OPERATION

After 26/11 and Indian Embassy (Kabul) Suicide bombing, there was a lot of public anger and the public wanted hard action against Pakistan and ISI. Also, Wikileaks and RAW agents in Pakistan confirmed that ISI was planning to conduct more attack against Indian embassies in Afghanistan since 2007.

At that time the NSA was MK Narayanan who was known by the name of M aka Mikey aka George Smiley of Indian intelligence and who created proteges like Ajit Doval, MK Dhar, Dulat etc. RAW undersecretary B. Raman had praised him as one of the best spymasters of Indian intelligence. He along with then RAW chief and KPS Gill was responsible in uprooting terrorism from Punjab. 

Narayanan called a meeting of all intelligence chiefs from RAW, IB, and MI, furious then MK Narayanan said ISI must be destroyed and Pakistan needed to be paid in the same coin and asked them if they had the capability to conduct large scale covert operations inside Pakistan. At that time the intelligence chiefs said they do not have this capability at present, because Gujral has dismantled their covert capabilities during his tenure and even Vajpayee did nothing to revive it and it will take time to create covert assets. 

MK Narayanan then suggested and authorized his RAW and MI chiefs to conduct covert operations inside Pakistan with the help of  Afghan Intelligence NDS who have their covert assets well placed in Pakistan's tribal region and they also have linkages with Pakistan Taliban and Baloch freedom fighters. 

He ordered RAW's Afghan station chief to work closely with then NDS Chief Amrullah Saleh (Amrullah Saleh is also mentioned in Bilal Siddiqi's novel The Bard of Blood who helps RAW agent Kabir Anand) and Brigade 888 in raising covert assets inside Pakistani's tribal region. This liaison started bearing fruits, RAW and NDS started pumping arms, ammunition, and funds in Pakistan's tribal region and started insurgency against Pakistan's army and around 40,000 plus Pakistani soldiers died. 

In 2011, even American defense secretary Chuck Hagel said for sometime India is using Afghanistan for its covert operations in Pakistan and Indian defense correspondent Bharat Karnad has accepted that RAW is using Pakistan Taliban against Pakistan Army.

MK Narayanan also proposed a plan to assassinate Lashkar Chief Hafiz Saeed with help of NDS most probably through a suicide bomb attack but this was cancelled by PMO for unknown reasons,  most probably it was due to the fact that Hafiz Saeed was doing more damage to Pakistan him being alive than dead because of Hafiz Saeed India is getting propaganda value in UN regarding Kashmir and America's military aid to Pakistan is being cut, which is helping India.

On the other hand after 2008, Defense Minister AK Antony ordered MI to create a crack HIT SQUAD like that of Mossad and pick their best officers for this and sent them to Israel where they were trained by Mossad and Sayeret Matkal and after the completion of their training, which was around 2 years they were assigned under Army Chief of Staff General VK Singh. 

 

According to media reports they conducted around 8-10 successful covert operations in countries of concern. They even infiltrated ISI Faisalabad HQ. According to Indian media reports, TSD was disbanded due to internal politics but ISI officials said that this is not true and it is Indian disinformation campaign and they have found TSD's footprints in Pakistan, so TSD must have been used in SURGICAL STRIKES also.

                                                

After getting confirmation that Indian embassy Kabul bombing (2008) was organized by ISI's Peshawar based headquarters through western intelligence and RAW's own sources, MK Narayanan ordered RAW to payback ISI in the same coin and within one year RAW then with the help of NDS organized a daring suicide attack on ISI's Peshawar based HQ and turned it into dust and the other spectacular attack carried out by RAW and NDS was on GHQ Rawalpindi (pride of Pakistan army). RAW used the same 10 ATTACKER SUICIDE PATTERN to attack GHQ, which was used by ISI on Mumbai on 26/11.  

 

London based Afghan journalist cum politician MK Jalaizai has said RAW AND ISI BOTH ARE USING SUICIDE BOMBERS AGAINST EACH OTHER.

Retired ISI Chief Hamid Gul who started the conspiracy theory that 26/11 Mumbai attack was a joint RAW-MOSSAD black operation to defame Pakistan himself accepted that 26/11 was done by ISI and GHQ Attack was tit for tat by RAW Agency of India using the same style.

After losing more than 40,000 plus soldiers Pakistan started pressurizing America to remove the hawks MK Narayanan and Amrullah Saleh. It is alleged that due to this America put pressure on Manmohan and Karzai govt and in 2010 both were removed and given non-intelligence portfolios. Now under Modi government, it is known that Narayanan's protege Ajit Doval has restarted the covert operation to some extent.
